Key Account Executive
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account sales management, preferably in the fast moving consumer goods sector. Proven track record in sales
- Strong multi-stakeholder management capability, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers
- High proficiency in office applications
- Open to travel domestically
- Advanced level of English
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth and Strategy Execution
- Spearhead the implementation of our business strategy, translating it into actionable plans that achieve key objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of impactful sales and merchandising initiatives in the field, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Own the financial health of key accounts, managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach, mentor, and develop field management personnel, ensuring peak performance.
- Utilize market intelligence and analysis to identify and define new business opportunities, presenting compelling proposals to leadership.
- Proactively manage account receivables, minimizing risk through timely reconciliation and payment collection actions.
- Implement and oversee inventory control processes for key account warehouses, maintaining optimal stock levels and proactively adjusting base stocks as needed.
