E-Commerce Sales Executive 

Key Responsibilities
    •    Develop and implement strategies aligned with sales targets for e-commerce channels
    •    Manage product portfolio across marketplaces and e-commerce websites; design go-to-market and growth models
    •    Plan and execute consumer engagement campaigns for on-demand markets (online channel customers)
    •    Monitor e-commerce sales performance through regular reports and present results to senior management
    •    Continuously track market trends, competition, and consumer behaviors, taking action based on insights
    •    Coordinate workflows across all departments and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
    •    Implement best practices to enhance product visibility and performance on e-commerce platforms
    •    Prepare the sales budget, define annual/monthly targets, and monitor target achievements
    •    Lead and guide the sales team, track their performance, and support their development
 

Essential Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s degree
    •    Minimum5 years of experience in FMCG or e-commerce
    •    Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes and marketplace platforms (must)
    •    Strong analytical thinking, reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel
    •    Strategic mindset with proven leadership and team management capabilities
    •    Excellent multi-stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
